Watch and learn how to prep and cook competition style ribs (on any grill). You’ll see ribs in all stages of cooking process, prep a slab of ribs, learn trimming techniques (e.g. cutting spare ribs to St. Louis style), seasoning and ultimately creating amazing, basic competition style ribs.

    A very informative and fun class. I highly recommend this class. Ribs were delicious! Mike and Nicole are the best!
