    1/3lb slow, smoked juicy brisket shredded and drizzled with au jus. Served on a bun with a side of our homemade BBQ sauce. 1/3 lb of meat

• • PORK SANDWICH
    1/3lb slow, smoked pork seasoned and pulled, served on a bun with a side of our homemade BBQ sauce

• • FAMOUS CUBANO (1/2)
    Pulled pork, sliced ham, Swiss cheese, pickle and Mojo sauce (made fresh with cilantro, orange, oregano and olive oil) melted together

• • SMOKED CHICKEN WRAP
    Smoked boneless chicken breast chilled and shredded, served with baby spring lettuce and Pesto Garlic Aioli in a wrap

    Turkey, fajita veggies, salsa rice, cheese and black beans.

• • PROTEIN BOWL
    Slow, smoked chicken shredded over salsa rice, black beans, three-cheese blend, fajita veggies and guacamole. Served with Fire Roasted salsa.

• • SALAD LUNCH BOX
    Smoked chicken, cranberries, almond slices and feta cheese crumbles served on a bed of mixed greens and your choice of dressing. (Italian, Blu Cheese or Ranch).

• • VEGAN LUNCH BOX
    Chef-made vegan lunch box with locally sourced ingredients.

• • GLUTEN-FREE LUNCH BOX
    Let us know if you are gluten-free and we will accommodate your order.

• • VEGETARIAN LUNCH BOX
    Vegetarian lunch box with locally sourced or in-season ingredients. Chef’s choice. Past boxes have featured entrees such as vegetable primavara, veggie and tufu grilled kabobs and stir-fry.
